As a Registered Valuer with IBBI, we have built a strong reputation for accuracy, integrity, and excellence in valuation assignments across India. We lead VVV Valuation, offering comprehensive valuation and advisory services PAN India.

I am Associate Member of the Institution of Valuers (IOV) and holds multiple prestigious accreditations, including FMVA Certification from the Corporate Finance Institute (CFI), Canada, Diploma in Financial Modelling & Valuation from ICMAI as well as Certified Equity Research Analyst, Merchant Banker and Alternative Investment Fund from National Institute of Securities Market.  I also a Gold Valuer (MSME) and a Certified Peer Review Valuer, reflecting the commitment to continuous professional development.

I have been recognized with several awards, including the Certificate of Excellence for Case Study (IOV RVF) and multiple Certificates of Appreciation for completing 50 Hours of Valuation Training from leading RVOs such as ICSI-RVO, ICMAI-RVO, DJF, IOV, IIV, CEV, PVAI, and the International Business Valuers Association.

I hold key leadership positions within the valuation community, serving as:

• Council Member – Bangalore Valuers Association
• Advisory Committee Member – IOV RVF (2024-25)
• Membership Committee Member – IOV RVF (2025–26)
• Executive Committee Member – IOV Kolkata Branch

As a Faculty Member for all Registered Valuation Organizations (RVOs), I contribute actively to capacity building in the valuation ecosystem through teaching, training, and developing valuation professionals across India.

In addition to training and practice, I have written articles on key valuation topics Time Value of Money (TVM), Equity Valuation, Valuation Multiples, Valuation Drivers and other advanced valuation concepts, aimed bridging the gap between theory and practical application for professionals and students.
